CityDent Patient Feedback Form: Your Opinion Counts

Your experience helps us improve. Through the CityDent patient feedback form, you can tell us openly what went well and what we could do better.

Honest feedback is welcome — including criticism. It stays confidential, is taken seriously, and can be given anonymously if you prefer.

Why it matters

Why Your Feedback Matters

For us, treatment does not end with the final appointment. What you experienced along the way — from your first enquiry, through the consultation, to aftercare — shows us where our processes genuinely work well and where they still fall short. The CityDent patient feedback form is the simplest way to share that view with us.

For international patients in particular, a great deal of coordination is involved: appointments, transfers, communication. Your feedback helps us understand exactly these points from the patient's perspective rather than only from the clinic's. That is how individual experiences turn into concrete improvements.

Many improvements in a clinic do not come from the drawing board but from specific comments made by individual people. A note that a piece of information was missing, or that one step was unclear, is often worth more than any internal review. Only you know how the path through treatment actually felt — from the first email to the final check-up. That lived experience is what we want to hear, and it is why we ask for your candid assessment.

What to share

What You Can Tell Us

You decide what to comment on. The CityDent patient feedback form has room for positive impressions as well as criticism. Feedback on these areas tends to help us most:

  • Consultation and explanation: was everything explained clearly?
  • Process and organisation: appointments, waiting times, transfers and accommodation.
  • The treatment itself: how did the care feel to you?
  • Support from your coordinator, including after you travelled home.
  • What we could do better, in your view.

There are no right or wrong answers. A brief note is already valuable, and detailed accounts are just as welcome. What matters most to us is that you feel able to be open.

Some patients describe the whole journey; others pick out a single moment — a particularly helpful explanation, or a wait that ran too long. Both are useful. If you wish, you can also tell us what you would have wanted handled differently beforehand, or which information you felt was missing. Details like these help us prepare future patients better, so they know more clearly what to expect.

How it works

How the Form Works

The CityDent patient feedback form is straightforward to complete. You choose the points you want to comment on and add your thoughts in your own words. We deliberately keep required fields to a minimum, so it takes little effort and you can focus on what matters.

If you would like a reply from us, simply leave a way to contact you. If you would rather stay anonymous, that is possible too. And if you prefer to speak to someone directly, you can reach us at any time via Contact — the form is an additional route, not a replacement for a real conversation.

You can complete the feedback at whatever pace suits you: straight after your appointment, while you are still in Istanbul, or calmly once you are home. There is no deadline and no obligation to fill in everything. Even a single field gives us something valuable. Do not worry about your wording either — we care about the substance, not the phrasing. One short sentence in your own words is enough for us to understand what you mean.

Impact

What Happens to Your Feedback

Incoming feedback is reviewed and passed to the relevant department. Praise goes straight to the team — it motivates them. Criticism prompts us to examine our processes: if the same point comes up more than once, we look closer and adjust where it makes sense.

Sometimes a single comment leads to a noticeable change — clearer information before you travel, an extra point covered during the consultation, or better-coordinated scheduling. So that you can see your contribution counts, we also address recurring themes and explain what has changed. For us, improvement is not a one-off project but an ongoing process that depends on exactly these voices.

In this way, what you describe feeds into real improvements rather than disappearing into a drawer. That approach fits our commitment to documented, traceable processes, which you can read more about under Dental Clinic Istanbul.

We also see feedback as part of the care that continues after your trip. If a patient has a question or a comment after returning home, that is not an inconvenient postscript for us but an opportunity to stay in touch and, where needed, to help. The CityDent patient feedback form is a low-barrier channel, deliberately built without hurdles.

Confidentiality

Data Protection and Confidentiality

We treat your information confidentially and use it solely to improve our services. If you would like to remain anonymous, you do not need to provide any personal details. If you do leave contact details, we use them only to respond to your feedback.

Criticism will of course never disadvantage your ongoing care. Quite the opposite: open feedback is precisely what helps us improve. That is why we encourage you to use the CityDent patient feedback form honestly.

We do not pass your information to third parties and do not use it for marketing. If a comment raises a specific medical question, we handle it with the same confidentiality as any other patient information. You stay in control of how much you share at all times. This considered handling of your data is not a formality for us but part of a respectful relationship between clinic and patient — particularly when working across borders.

Do I have to give my name?

No. You can remain anonymous. We only need contact details if you would like a personal reply.

What happens to my feedback?

It is reviewed, assigned to the relevant department and fed into improving our processes. Recurring points are examined especially closely and lead to concrete adjustments — to information, scheduling or patient support.

Will criticism have consequences for my treatment?

No. Your feedback has no negative consequences for your care. Open criticism is expressly welcome and is treated just as respectfully as any praise.

Will I get a reply?

If you would like one and leave contact details, we will get back to you. Without contact details we still read your feedback.

Can I give feedback after travelling home?

Yes. Feedback after your return is especially valuable because it also covers aftercare from a distance. If your impression has changed with some time and distance, you are welcome to tell us at any point.
