We use Hiossen for patients who prefer an FDA-verified system, are transferring from US-based treatment, or whose clinical plan calls for digitally guided aesthetic implant placement.
The SA surface technology is designed to support rapid osseointegration and the system integrates with CBCT-based surgical guides. Hiossen generally carries a higher price point than Osstem because of the regulatory documentation requirements of FDA certification — not a difference in underlying implant quality.
Osstem — High-Volume Korean Reliability
Osstem is the most widely placed implant brand in Asia and one of the largest globally by volume. Its TS, US, and MS series implants are designed around high primary stability — a critical factor when loading timelines are compressed or bone density is variable.
